Beavers are an important part of our ecosystem and there are lots of ways to live with them. But sometimes, flooding caused by beaver dams can affect human infrastructure. If you are interested in beaver trapping, SVWID members currently get this service at a discounted price through the SVWID contract with local beaver trappers. The initial $250 setup fee is covered by the SVWID and the $150/beaver fee is reduced to $75/beaver through our contract.
