Professional Services
2024 Professional Services List
Pursuant to RCW 39.80.030, in procuring Professional Services, the SVWID invites firms lawfully engaged in the practice of surveying, geotechnical engineering, cultural resources, structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, construction management, landscape architecture, biological sciences, ecological sciences, and environmental sciences to submit a RFQ packet to apply to be added to the SVWID 2024 Professional Services List. These services are solicited annually.
The RFQ packet must include the following items:
- Application Form – 2024 Professional Services List
- Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). (no more than 10 pages, front and back, including cover letter). Please indicate one or more of the above listed practices in the cover letter or the response will be rejected.
Please submit RFQ Packets to the Snoqualmie Valley Watershed Improvement District at the following address: PO Box 1148 Carnation, WA 98014, or electronically to: info@svwid.com.
The SOQ will be reviewed and used as the source from which to select one or more qualified firms for future projects. Selection criteria will include: 1) experience of firm including responses from references; 2) experience of principal staff; 3) ability to adhere to a schedule; 4) location of office where work will be performed. Minority, women-owned, federally disadvantaged, and small businesses are encouraged to apply.
Vendors
2024 Vendor List
The SVWID is creating and maintaining a Vendor List pursuant to RCW 87.03.437 and RCW 39.04.190 to award contracts for materials, supplies, and equipment, or services with an estimated cost of up to $50,000 in lieu of the requirements for formal sealed bidding. The Vendor List will be advertised twice annually and shall consist of all responsible vendors who have requested to be on this list, and where required by law are properly licensed or registered to provide materials, supplies, and equipment, or perform services in Washington State. Contracts awarded through the Vendor List will not be advertised.

Small Works
2024 Small Works Roster
The SVWID is is creating a 2024 Small Works Roster to establish a list of responsible contractors qualified to complete small works projects with an estimated cost of $300,000 or less.

Contractors interested in being added to the 2024 Small Works Roster must submit a written request by filling out and submitting the Application Form along with the required attachments to the Snoqualmie Valley Watershed Improvement District at the following address: PO Box 1148 Carnation, WA 98014, or electronically to: info@svwid.com.
